Born in Paris, Isabelle Ye was a stylist at Balenciaga and Maje. In 2017, she decided to co-create her brand, by reinventing the rules of the game: her own.
“ Bons Baisers was born from the desire to think outside the box, with models that bring joy, optimism and color to life. I design all our models in our creative studio in Paris. Our products are then made in China (sneakers and leather goods), in Portugal (city and heeled sandals), or in India (flat sandals). Coming from a dual Franco-Chinese culture, Luc and I were keen to promote the know-how of our countries: mastery, ancestral technique and mastery, quality of materials. Since our beginnings, we have worked hand in hand with the same workshops, which we now consider as a little piece of Bons Baisers on the other side of the world.”
