Size label is IT 44 / Spain 44 which is roughly a UK women’s 12 (possibly a slim 14 depending on desired fit).

🪡 Please note: there are a few subtle worn/thinner patches to the fabric in places and some tiny marks/light texture changes visible up close under bright light. Nothing hugely obvious when worn but reflected in pricing.
